Our Automatic Round Barrel Brush Washing Machine is a heavy-duty stainless steel cleaning solution for 20L–200L plastic chemical drums, paint pails, food and ink barrels. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel, featuring acid and alkali resistance to fit various cleaning agents and hot washing environments.

Designed with a fully sealed visible cabin with transparent observation window, it stops sewage splashing and lets operators monitor cleaning progress clearly. Built-in internal and external rotary nylon brushes work with high-pressure spray to thoroughly strip residual paint, grease and solid sediment from barrel inner and outer walls automatically.

Equipped with brake casters and adjustable support feet, the machine can be freely moved and fixed in workshops. The bottom integrated water recovery cabinet facilitates sewage collection and maintenance. Full automatic program control simplifies operation with emergency stop protection.

It effectively replaces manual scrubbing to cut labor costs, widely used in chemical, coating, food and ink factories. Optional heating, circulation filtration and variable frequency systems are available for customized production demands.

Working Principle:

Place the inverted empty barrel into the machine’s cleaning station manually.
The machine locks the barrel automatically, and internal & external brushes start rotating at adjustable speed.
High-pressure circulating water mixed with cleaning liquid sprays continuously to soften residual dirt.
Brushes scrub barrel walls thoroughly for 30–90 seconds (customizable cycle time).
After cleaning, wastewater flows down to the bottom recovery tank for filtration and reuse.
The washing cycle finishes automatically, then take out the clean barrel for drying or secondary processing.
